Installation Instructions: Before installing or removing the blades, always unplug the Thermal Cutter (Hot knife) and allow ample time for the blades, blade holders, and thumb wheels to cool. Use the provided plastic suitcase and follow these steps: 1 - Loosen the screws using the wrench to adjust the blade holders. 2 - Gently slide the blade under the square pressure plate until it fits snugly. 3 - Securely tighten the screws to ensure proper electrical connection, making sure not to over-tighten. 4 - Once the blade is securely in place, plug the Thermal Cutter (Hot knife) into a standard power supply. 5 - The temperature control knob has 16 settings indicated by the graduated ridges on its surface. Lower ridges correspond to lower power settings. Caution: 1 - The Thermal Cutter (Hot knife) blade has a sharp, razor edge. For the cleanest cut, always cut in the direction of the sharpened edge.
