Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we take full responsibility. You are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a video of the issue (including the shipping label) for an immediate resolution.

The 14-Day Return Window

For items that are not damaged but eligible for return, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please note that the customer is responsible for providing and paying for return shipping. No restocking fees will be charged.

Lost Shipments

Your peace of mind is our priority. If your package is lost in transit—defined as no tracking updates for more than 30 days—we will issue a full refund or reship your order at no extra cost.

Final Sale & Exceptions

To maintain our competitive prices, "Change of Mind" returns are not accepted for certain items once processed. Final Sale items, including specific collections (like used CNC bits) and hygiene-related products, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. SHOP7D LTD is not responsible for packages that are lost or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
